Question 1

How does a CELPIP gift card work?

Accepted Answer

You choose a plan, enter your recipient's email, and we send a unique redeemable code to their inbox instantly. They enter the code to unlock full access, with no account needed to purchase.

Question 2

How is the gift card delivered?

Accepted Answer

Right after checkout we email the redeemable code to the recipient address you enter, and send you a copy of the receipt too. Delivery is instant.

Question 3

Does the recipient get the exact plan I choose?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The gift card unlocks the plan and duration you select, and all plans include the full 300-test library, AI evaluation, and analytics.

Question 4

Do gift cards expire?

Accepted Answer

Gift codes stay valid for 12 months from purchase. The plan term begins only once the recipient redeems the code.

Question 5

Can I get a refund on a gift card?

Accepted Answer

Gift cards are not refundable, because the code is created and emailed the moment the payment goes through. If your plans change, the code is transferable and stays valid for 12 months, so you are welcome to pass it on to someone else who is preparing for CELPIP.
