Six multiple-choice questions with four options each. Every question targets one detail from a different point in the recording: a reason, an example, a number, a date or a condition. Wrong options are often true of the topic in general but not what the speaker actually said.

Example

Sample question: According to the coordinator, when can volunteers claim travel costs? A) After every shift. B) Only for shifts longer than four hours. C) At the end of each month. D) Only if they use public transit.

Mark corrections as they happen
When the informed speaker says actually or let me clarify, the corrected version is the one the question wants. Drop the earlier detail.
Do not chase the whole conversation
You cannot remember everything, and you do not need to. Focus on the details that answer why, how much, when and under what condition.
Review by question type
After a few sets, sort your mistakes: reasons, examples, numbers, exceptions. Most people lose marks on one type, and that is the one to drill.
