Gift codes stay valid for 12 months from purchase. The plan term begins only once the recipient redeems the code.
Gift cards are not refundable, because the code is created and emailed the moment the payment goes through. If your plans change, the code is transferable and stays valid for 12 months, so you are welcome to pass it on to someone else who is preparing for CELPIP. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
