These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and CELPIPOnlineTests.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of our website, practice tests, study resources, and related services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CELPIPOnlineTests.com is an independent preparation platform dedicated to helping test-takers build their skills and improve their CELPIP® performance. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Paragon Testing Enterprises. CELPIP® is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises.

Our practice questions, mock tests, and materials are created independently for educational purposes and are designed to resemble the format and difficulty of the official examination. They are not actual past exam papers, and they do not guarantee any particular outcome on the official test.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred without our written consent.
• Tell us promptly at hello@celpiponlinetests.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We offer both free and paid plans. Paid plans may be billed on a one-time or recurring subscription basis, as described at the point of purchase. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may change from time to time.

• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for all fees due.
• Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, or redistribute any part of our content without permission,
• try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or any data not meant for you,
• upload or transmit malicious code, or otherwise interfere with how the Service works,
• use automated tools to access the Service in a way that puts an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or
• break any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial test preparation. All rights we do not expressly grant are reserved.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to run and improve the Service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you submit, and that it is lawful and not offensive.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we work hard to keep our materials accurate and current, we do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will improve your official test results.

No score or outcome on the official CELPIP® examination is guaranteed. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

The Service may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site, and you access them at your own risk.

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if you break these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Any terms that by their nature should outlast your account will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where it makes sense, tell you directly. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, that means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
