There are four parts with 38 questions in total. Part 1 (Correspondence) has 11 questions, Part 2 (Diagram) has 8, Part 3 (Information) has 9 and Part 4 (Viewpoints) has 10. Every question is multiple choice.

You get 55 to 60 minutes in the official exam including instructions. Our mocks run about the same, and the on-screen timer counts down the same way so you can rehearse pacing under real conditions.

Every question carries equal weight. Your raw score out of 38 converts to a CELPIP level, with Level 12 being the highest. When you finish a mock here, you see your score right away along with the full answer key and short explanations.

Yes. Passages, diagrams and viewpoint exchanges are written to CELPIP length, tone and question style. The set ramps up gradually — Tests 1 to 35 are Easy, Tests 36 to 80 are Medium and Tests 81 to 100 are Hard — so you can build up steadily.

Test 1 is free, so start there to get a feel for the format. Once you are comfortable, work through the Easy band in order before moving into the Medium and Hard tests closer to your exam date.

Yes, within a single part you can navigate between questions and revise answers until you submit that part. Once you move to the next part you cannot return, so budget your time before advancing — the mocks here enforce the same rule.

Yes. Every mock test finishes on a results page with the correct answer for each question, your response and a short explanation so you understand not just the score but the reasoning behind each answer.
