I wanted to check in about the table layout for Sunday’s Springwell fundraiser. We planned twelve vendor tables around the hall with the raffle near the entrance. The sound team added two floor speakers and a wider safety boundary.

As a result, three vendor tables no longer fit along the north wall. I first measured the remaining aisles and reviewed the fire-exit routes with the caretaker. Three smaller tables fit beside the windows if the raffle moves to the centre. I went back through the original information to make sure the difficulty was not based on a misunderstanding. One detail to keep in mind is that you already assigned volunteers to the original entrance and raffle positions.

My preferred solution is moving the raffle to the centre and placing three vendors by the windows. That would work best because the layout keeps every vendor and maintains clear exits. This seems more practical than rebuilding the arrangement from the beginning. If this is acceptable, I can update the remaining details as soon as I receive your reply. Another possibility is removing three vendor tables from the event.

The difficulty with that option is that those sellers have paid and prepared stock specifically for Sunday. I considered cancelling the arrangement entirely, but that would create unnecessary work for everyone involved. For that reason, I would rather use one of the practical alternatives already available. The practical detail I have not resolved is that the centre raffle position needs a power extension protected by a floor cover. Please let me know how that part should be handled if the preferred plan is approved.
